Requirements
- Strong Python programming skills, including experience writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code in AI/ML projects
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and related APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration libraries
- Hands-on exposure to GenAI through projects, hackathons, internships, or research
- Understanding of how AI agents can be orchestrated, guided and controlled
- Ability to apply ethical reasoning and safe practices when designing, prototyping, or testing AI solutions
- Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and RDBMS are strongly desirable

Other
- Undergrad or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or Computer Engineering with a software/AI focus
- Ability to work effectively in agile, collaborative team environments with strong communication skills
- Capacity to learn new technologies quickly and pivot across diverse AI and data science problem spaces
- Ability to demonstrate an ability to continuously learn relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with Agile teams and leadership regarding designs, project progress and issue resolution
