Day One Agency is looking for an Earned Measurement & Data Analyst to join their Brand Communications team to transform data into actionable insights that inform and optimize brand reputation and communications strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools a plus
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Understanding of social listening or media monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Muck Rack, NewsWhip, Sprout etc…)
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity about trends in marketing, social media, and brand communications
Responsibilities
- Create clear, visually compelling reports and dashboards for clients and internal teams.
- Evaluate marketing and PR campaign performance to identify successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Interpret audience data, monitor competitive activity, and track industry trends to guide messaging and strategy.
- Contribute insights that inform creative ideas, brand positioning, and integrated marketing plans.
- Monitor conversations, analyze performance, and track cultural and market trends to help shape impactful, data-driven work for our clients across earned and owned channels.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience welcome)
- Clear and concise communicator, able to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise way for different audiences.
