Epic is looking to solve the problem of training physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users on their software to improve patient care and save lives.
Requirements
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
- A history of academic and professional success
- Experience with instructional design
- Experience with workflow-based training content development
- Experience with software training
- Experience with adult learning principles
- Familiarity with Epic software
Responsibilities
- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users
- Develop training materials and scenarios
- Design workflow-based training content
- Work directly with organizations to help develop their training
- Get involved in projects to make our software more intuitive
- Deliver training sessions from start to finish
- Assist in the training process from instructional design to development of training materials
Other
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
- Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
- COVID-19 vaccination
