Requirements
- Proficient in Excel with intermediate or advanced skills in pivot tables and writing formulas.
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other dashboard-building software.
- Interest or experience in automation software such as Blue Prism or Power Automate.
- Technical knowledge of data systems/structure.
- Experience in data analytics, specific environmental health & safety experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Statistics, EHS or relevant study or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in data analytics
Responsibilities
- Acquire, analyze, and manage data into consistent and timely user-friendly formats for reports distributed throughout the organization.
- Responsible for identifying trends in leading and lagging performance metrics using pivot tables, charts, graphs and updating appropriate dashboards to influence decision making.
- Tracks companywide regulatory agency (i.e. OSHA, Fire Code) investigation status and response strategies.
- Manages configuration and content availability on EHS dedicated intranet (SharePoint) site and Teams channels.
- Validates reported data and ensures data quality.
- Completes developer requirements within federated and automation teams.
- Documents and maintain process workflows and data workflows for EHS data and metrics reporting and tracking processes and seek opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Business, Statistics, EHS or relevant study or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in data analytics, specific environmental health & safety experience preferred.
- Demonstrates effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to lead priorities and workflow.
