Cengage Group is looking to enhance its e-learning courses by designing and creating engaging, interactive assets, and simultaneously needs an in-house expert to manage and optimize its Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience for both content teams and students.
Requirements
- Solid familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in responsive and accessible design (WCAG 2.2 compliance)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- 3+ years experience in Learning Management System (LMS) Administration, e-learning multimedia production, or technical support.
- Proprietary LMS expertise and advocacy
- Master all features, configurations, and best practices of our proprietary Learning Management System (Learning Objects).
Responsibilities
- Designing and creating engaging, interactive assets that enhance the organization's e-learning courses.
- Developing and maintaining a global library of interactive tools and templates.
- Acting as the in-house Learning Management System (LMS) expert.
- Translating our team's needs into technical requirements.
- Solving platform issues end-to-end.
- Driving new feature rollouts.
- Develop interactive learning activities and simulations using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
