Parallon is looking for a Training Developer to efficiently and effectively develop, maintain, and deliver content-specific curriculums to meet the needs of targeted audiences within HCA Healthcare.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content design, development and training delivery required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in content development in virtual classroom delivery required
- Demonstrates working knowledge and application of learning technologies to support education development and implementation, including learning management systems, virtual classroom delivery tools, and eLearning authoring software
- (ie: Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Vyond)
Responsibilities
- Develop content, deliver and support training initiatives for various groups using a variety of delivery methods including classroom based, 1:1, self-instructional materials, job aids, virtual classroom and webinars/web events
- Utilize desktop publishing and graphics packages, simulation software and audio/visual technology, to produce professional and effective training materials
- Maintain templates and standards for consistent course development and delivery
- Ensure completion of all training administration activities associated with training and delivery
- Provide training reports to management
- Apply adult learning concepts through program content and delivery
- Consult with team leaders and instructional designers to increase expertise in course design

- This Work from Home position requires that you live and will perform the duties of the position; within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital
- The Training Developer must be proficient in facilitation and interpersonal communication, and consistently demonstrate skills in organization, prioritization, and professionalism
- Demonstrate professional and appropriate interpersonal communication with staff of all levels
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Learning Sciences, equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements
