The Mayo Clinic Special Purpose Processor Development Group (SPPDG) is seeking electrical engineering students to gain familiarity with various research and development (R&D) activities and perform fundamental electronics engineering functions
Requirements
- experience with Spring Framework
- experience with Firmware
- experience with Design Analysis
- experience with Electronic Engineering
- experience with Computer Hardware
- experience with Access Control
- experience with PCB
Responsibilities
- perform basic engineering tasks using state-of-the-art computerized tools
- apply technical knowledge and experience to perform basic engineering tasks
- design, analysis, and testing efforts
- electronics laboratory testing
- electronics power delivery
- circuit simulation and modeling
- printed circuit board design
Other
- enrolled in an electrical engineering program from an accredited college or university
- completed a minimum of four semesters (or equivalent) of instruction towards their degree
- visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- interest in electronics hardware engineering
- coursework and/or project experience in areas such as basic electrical DC and AC circuits, electromagnetic fields and transmission line theory
