- In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
- Must be within commutable distance form office
- 3.0 GPA
- Must be at least a rising Junior
- A previous internship related to your field of study
- Self-driven time management and organizational skills
