Shure is looking for an Electrical Engineering Intern to assist with the design, implementation, and testing of electronic circuits for wireless microphones and wireless conference systems.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of RF amplifiers, mixers, synthesizers, filters, antennas, pre-built modules, and other RF components.
- Basic knowledge of audio related circuits, audio systems, and audio measurement techniques.
- Basic knowledge of test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Soldering and circuitry building or repair skills
- Experience with schematic CAD software, PCB layout, and SPICE simulation software is a plus.
- Experience with ADS, HFSS, and Python is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Designing, simulating, and testing RF circuitry
- Developing printed circuit board assemblies
- Assembling prototypes
- Performing validation testing of circuits
- Circuit defect analysis and resolution
- Performing system/sub-system level tests

Other
- Two years of coursework in Electrical Engineering or a related area.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and an attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
