RTX is looking to solve complex problems in aerospace and defense, specifically in the area of electrical engineering and communication systems, by hiring an Electrical Engineering Intern to contribute to the success of a cross-functional team
Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering
- Courses focused on digital, analog, power, filters, or controls
- Circuit card design experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- You will contribute to the success of a cross-functional team
- You will assist Electrical Engineers in design, development, integration, or testing associated with one of our projects
- You will prepare and present project / technical information to peers and leadership
- You will plan and manage tasks effectively
- You will work with experienced electrical engineers to learn best practices and engineering processes for implementing Very Low Frequency (VLF) communications technology
Other
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- DoD Clearance: Top Secret
