ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is looking to introduce new and transform existing offerings of Vingcard to ensure the company has the most attractive digital solutions, including scalability, delivery, services, support cost, and price, ultimately driving commercial success over the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Master of Science degree in the field of Engineering or a similar field or corresponding work experience
  • +10 years of working experience and +5 years of experience in Product Management near activities including both HW, SW and services
  • Background in project management and agile SW/HW development with +2 years experience
  • Excellent product management skills: capable of ensuring multiple products, services and solutions stay on-track and are evolved to stay competitive.
  • Excellent understanding and execution of lean and agile principles.

Responsibilities

  • Securing a complete and consolidated external view across key perspectives, e.g. market, customer, competitor and technology (current and future)
  • Setting the long-term focus, vision and plan for the product, services and solutions through the strategy and generation plan
  • Continuously manage the roadmap and prioritize initiatives including innovations, new development, continuous development and cost efficiency activities
  • Continuous life-cycle management and optimization of the product, services and solutions to reduce complexity and cost including definition of phase-out initiatives and modular platform market requirements
  • Evaluating new business opportunities to generate growth
  • Set market driven requirements for new products, services and solutions (value/cost) and corresponding positioning, value proposition and value based pricing
  • Developing and owning the business case for products, services and solutions

Other

  • Support Sales and Marketing in different customer meetings representing product management including addressing customer concerns in reference to products, services rendered or employee interactions.
  • Participate in regular meetings with all departments to ensure open communication and expectations.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with executive management, non-engineers and engineers.
