The Baker Company is looking to solve the problem of designing, developing, and testing electrical products, equipment, and systems to ensure they meet quality, performance, and reliability standards for air containment, contamination control, and controlled environments.
Requirements
- Experience with programming languages
- Experience with CAD software
- Knowledge of industrial standards and regulations
- Experience in project management
- Experience with electrical product design and development in manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Research and design electrical product concepts
- Prototype, test, and integrate hardware and software
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Assure and maintain design integrity, producibility, and quality in production
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Develops technical specifications and product requirements
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
- Min 5 years experience in electrical product design and development in manufacturing
- Must be willing to work overtime as necessary
- Must be able to work for extended periods of time on a computer (up to 100% of the time on any given day)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
