Moog is looking for an Electrical Product Engineer to provide program engineering support for production programs, ensuring the integrity of product design, assembly, and testing within a performance-driven culture.
Requirements
- 2-3 years technical experience working in a manufacturing environment, including top level, sub-assemblies, and component levels
- Working knowledge of operations to maintain and improve quality, schedule, and cost objectives, including working with technicians
- General knowledge of Root Cause/Corrective Action and resolving questions/problems concerning the design, manufacture, assembly and test of production hardware
Responsibilities
- Initiate changes and deviations to the design or specification requirements.
- Be the primary contact for customers, vendors, and internal Moog personnel on all technical problems and questions.
- Provide production assembly/test instructions, training and monitoring to maintain production.
- Evaluate, request, and implement equipment to meet production requirements.
- Assure and maintain design integrity, producibility and quality in production products.
- Provide product engineering support and information regarding status of technical, quality, schedule, or cost impacts to all affected operating groups.
- Perform Material Review Board (MRB) analyses ("use as is”, scrap, repair) and implement appropriate corrective actions.

- Willing to travel (domestic and international) – typically consisting of 3-5 trips per year to support projects
- Experience collaborating at all levels of an organization, customers and/or suppliers
- This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
