1X is developing advanced humanoid robots for household use and needs to ensure the quality and performance of their electrical assemblies through rigorous testing and validation.
Requirements
- Perform functional and electrical tests on PCBs, wiring harnesses, subassemblies, and fully integrated robotic systems.
- Operate multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, and other test equipment.
- Follow detailed test procedures, engineering specifications, and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and isolate faults in wiring, components, or assemblies, and perform repairs when applicable.
- Record and document all test results for quality traceability.
- Work with engineering to refine test processes and support root cause analysis of failures.
- Load firmware or configuration settings as part of the test process.
