Raytheon Electrical Engineering is seeking a talented electrical engineering student to intern with our Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) engineering team to ensure Raytheon products meet or exceed all electromagnetic interference (EMI) /electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements.
Requirements
- Familiarity with RF and/or EMI/EMC.
Responsibilities
- Perform EMI and EMC design and verification analysis
- Assist with Mil-Std-461 EMI testing
- Assist with Program reports and presentations
- Will work across disciplines as our specialty requires interaction with Mechanical and Systems Engineering as well as Electrical Engineering.
Other
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major
- This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor’s (or higher) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their Sophomore standing level by the start of Summer 2026
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
