Requirements
- Associate degree in Electronic Technology, or equivalent knowledge of electronic theory, component-level troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- Strong math skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of common hand and power tools and test equipment
- Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams
- Basic board level soldering skills
Responsibilities
- Assist Tech II and Tech III with necessary or applicable assignments in the testing process
- Evaluate and test System Operating Programs to compare to Factory Accepted Test Plans
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic components down to the board level
- Wiring, cable prepping, and assembling as per the wiring diagrams
- Complete visual quality inspection of labels and hardware checks
- Complete point-to-point continuity wire check on final product prior to electrical testing
- Utilize test equipment including, but not limited to, multimeters, O’scopes, power supplies, wave analyzers, bench test equipment, etc.
