Yank Technologies, Inc. is a wireless charging startup looking for an Electrical Technician Intern to assist in the fabrication, assembly, and testing of PCBs and antennas, contributing to the development of long-range, high-power wireless charging technology.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of SMT PCB soldering, assembly, and debugging experience
- Prior experience operating reflow ovens and soldering die packaging components
- Prior experience using PCB design software packaging, such as Altium
Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and verify new SMT PCB and antenna designs
- Organize electrical materials for SMT PCB assembly and testing
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning PCBs, equipment, and other appliances
- Read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and schematics
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace for materials and equipment
Other
- Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical degree
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, make effective and timely decisions, and solve problems
- Passion for creating a wireless world where the state of your battery is not a concern but a mere afterthought
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical degree
- Prior experience at a startup
