Sibylline is looking for an Embedded Intelligence Analyst to provide timely, actionable and relevant strategic analysis to a financial technology client, detecting, analyzing, and advising on adverse conditions that could affect the client's safety, security, and operational continuity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in threat investigations, protective intelligence, and producing high-quality intelligence products under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to creatively interpret complex situations and sift large volumes of information.
- Skilled in data manipulation and visualization, including innovative use of infographics.
- Clear understanding of how security issues impact major corporations.
- Highly detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Preferred experience in global security functions (e.g., threat monitoring, crisis management) and consulting.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong initiative and ownership of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Plan, research, and create a range of analytical reports delivering actionable insight to internal clients, often independently and without explicit requests.
- Own and develop key intelligence products, inclusive of the content and recipients.
- Deliver on-call intelligence assessments tailored to client requirements, particularly in written form.
- Ability to produce executive protection and threat intelligence deliverables.
- Conduct fast turnaround security investigations as needed.
- Create innovative ways to produce and display intelligence analysis, tailored to the client.
- Be an effective member of a small team, focused on delivery of lean, high impact services.
Other
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with minimal need for editing.
- Deep understanding of global politics, business environments, and current events—especially in North and South America.
- Comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree; preferred advanced degree (Master’s).
- At least 3-5 years’ professional experience in an analytical function and demonstrable interest in political and commercial connections.
