Requirements
- MATLAB/Simulink, GIT
- HIL/SIL Software validation
- Deep understanding of Battery Management systems software
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools like – Jira, MathWorks (Requirements Manager, System Composer, Simulink Design verifier
- Hands-on BMS Software development experience in real world industrial setting
- Strong BMS control systems knowledge and able to work hands on with testing in MIL, SIL, HIL and app
Responsibilities
- Conduct MIL, SIL, HIL and in application testing for Battery Management System (BMS) software integration
- Perform Software HIL bench tests using OPAL-RT for Batter Management System Software
- Support battery system performance and validation lab tests for software release
- Write test procedures and reports, and present on test outcomes
- Write Controls feature requirements and develop Simulink models
- Perform controls integration and system development with MBSE tools
- Develop and optimize controls calibration for BMS
Other
- 2 or more years of hands-on experience in the electrification industry (not academic experience)
- Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Aerospace or other Engineering degree
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Visa sponsorship for eligible and qualified individuals
- Degree requirement: Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Aerospace or other Engineering degree
