NWL is looking to solve the problem of developing and maintaining firmware for high-voltage power supplies used in industrial applications
Requirements
- experience developing microcontroller or DSP firmware using C/C++ programming languages and a real-time operating system (RTOS)
- Python
- VB .Net or C-Sharp
- TCP/IP networking and serial communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C)
- Knowledge of Fieldbus protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, Modbus)
- Knowledge of Power Electronics
- experience working with Texas Instruments C2000 or ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers
Responsibilities
- developing and maintaining firmware for high-voltage power supplies
- developing real-time firmware for microcontrollers
- using C/C++ programming languages and a real-time operating system (RTOS)
- reading electrical and electronic schematics
- hands-on lab experience using oscilloscope, logic analyzer, signal generator
- developing test tools and HMI applications
- working with revision control and collaboration tools
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years industry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work onsite at our Bordentown, NJ facility
