Centerstone is looking to solve the problem of services errors and billing activities in their electronic medical record system
Requirements
- Experience in health care setting with the electronic medical record and limited billing experience is highly preferred
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards
- Ability to work within electronic medical record system
- Ability to manage and maintain service desk tickets logs
- Ability to assist with audit requests
Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing and responding to requests for services activities that have been identified as a possible error, work to bring resolutions to services errors, communicate notices regarding possible solutions needed
- Oversight and review of un-posted services
- Manages projects given around the data within the electronic record
- Creates and maintains service desk tickets logs of reported errors for the electronic record
- Acts as a liaison to Billing and Quality Improvement to ensure clinical documentation reflects billing activities
- Responsible for weekly review of the duplicate service activities report in order to prevent duplicate services from being billed
- Assist with audit requests as they relate to billing and medical records

- A High School Diploma or GED is required
