LCRA is seeking an Energy Analyst to support the billing and reporting functions for LCRA and LCRA’s affiliates, ensuring timely and accurate products for internal/external customers.
Requirements
- Experience in VBA, Excel and other analytical tools
- Effective quantitative and analytical skills with accuracy
Responsibilities
- Create and update multiple reports using various tools
- Identify and implement efficiencies in routine work
- Identify and correct errors in complex mathematical calculations performed by various software tools used
- Understand and implement complex ERCOT protocols related to ERCOT settlement, scheduling and dispute resolution.
- Translate and implement market changes that impact billing and reporting
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control of data and documentation
Other
- Four or more years' experience in energy analytics or relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or a relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or relevant field .
- Effective internal and external relationship skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
