EPRI's Nuclear Sector needs to develop modernized Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules for technical topics in nuclear energy and energy supply to address industry problems and issues, and improve links to academic coursework.
Requirements
- Develop training with eLearning authoring tools to create engaging multimedia content.
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and interactive activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ensure eLearning content is accessible and meets industry standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC, xAPI, WCAG).
- Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve any issues.
- Maintain and update existing eLearning courses as needed.
- Collaborate with training team members to ensure development meets the intended design of training.
Responsibilities

- Be at least starting their junior year (3rd year) in Fall or about halfway through a certificate program, while some projects will prefer M.S. or PhD graduate-level students graduating in next 1-2 years.
- Willingness to take on new challenges.
- Worked on group projects as part of classes.
- Willingness to work and network with peer student interns at EPRI.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
