Masimo is looking to solve real-world problems in health monitoring by analyzing data from different sources to discover relationships among various measurements and medically relevant conditions and developing computational models for disease diagnosis, detection and prediction of critical events.
Requirements
- Experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning and/or deep learning
- Experience with machine learning libraries and modern frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, scikit-learn, etc.
- Experience with Python, Matlab and C++
- Hands-on experience of development to solve problems such as: regression, classification, clustering, dimensionality reduction, structured output and anomaly detection
- Experience in applying AI/ML to biomedical data
- Experience with computer vision and/or robotics
- Experience with databases and their tools
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI and ML models to solve complex problems
- Design, train and evaluate machine learning models using large datasets
- Contribute to the organization’s strong drive to be on the cutting edge of technology through the generation of patentable ideas
- Delivering high quality software design, documentation and implementation
- Working with continuous streams of data from invasive and non-invasive sensors
- Closely work with our software, hardware and systems teams to ensure an efficient deployment in Masimo products
- Effectively communicate with engineering and marketing teams

- M.S./Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, (advanced degree preferred)
