Comcast is looking to maintain multiple billing and inventory systems for customer billing and provisioning of services, and to develop, test, and deploy new applications and software releases.
Requirements
- generating use cases for test scenarios
- building CI/CD pipelines to deploy software using Concourse
- identifying, monitoring, and resolving issues in production environments using AppDynamics and Kibana
- deploying, managing, and supporting applications in cloud environments, including Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- managing data in Oracle database
- developing, running, validating, and reporting automated test scripts using Python
- developing and testing applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a team responsible for maintaining multiple billing and inventory systems for customer billing and provisioning of services
- generate use cases for test scenarios
- build CI/CD pipelines to deploy software using Concourse
- identify, monitor, and resolve issues in production environments using AppDynamics and Kibana
- deploy, manage, and support applications in cloud environments, including Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- manage data in Oracle database
- develop, run, validate, and report automated test scripts using Python
Other
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- two (2) years of experience
- one (1) year includes developing and testing applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring
- modifying and querying data using NoSQL databases, including Couchbase and MongoDB
- Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.
