Comcast is looking to solve software issues within the RDK (Reference Design Kit) platform and enhance user experience by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues, and creating in-house tools to automate the triage process
Requirements
- Writing and maintaining scripts using C and C++ to automate tasks
- Performing data analysis using Python
- Troubleshooting issues in embedded systems using Linux OS
- Performing log management and system monitoring using Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Splunk
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Working with AWS
- Experience with Embedded Systems
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a team responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving software issues within the RDK (Reference Design Kit) platform

Other
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, any Engineering, or related technical field
- Two (2) years of experience
- One (1) year of experience working with AWS
- Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy
