GBH is seeking a Studio Engineer to support its television operations, including studio and field productions, post-production services, and tape floor operations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of High-Definition camera equipment and television camera systems
- Experience with video monitors, waveform monitors, and associated equipment
- Understanding of proper shading and coloring techniques for broadcast standards
- Familiarity with audio consoles, such as Wheatstone and SSL C200
- Experience with digital audio workstations, such as Nuendo and Pro Tools
- Knowledge of lighting consoles, such as ETC Ion-XE, and electrical regulations
- Experience with signal flow for audio and video control, including KiPro and Clipstore
Responsibilities
- Operate camera equipment, including robotic cameras and field cameras
- Manage video signal formats, frame rates, and video processing as a Video Shader
- Transcribe speeches or scripts into readable material as a Teleprompter Operator
- Set up and operate sound recording equipment as an Audio Engineer
- Edit multi-track productions and operate audio consoles, such as Wheatstone and SSL C200
- Design lighting setups for television studios and field productions as a Lighting Director
- Hang and focus lighting instruments, build and break down sets as a Grip

- MEWP scissor lift certification and ETCP certification preferred
