Verizon is looking to solve the problem of providing software architectural designs and solutions that incorporate enterprise architecture principles, design and implement secure solutions between disparate channels while maintaining a fully functional and seamless user experience, and design and develop a reference implementation for an enterprise scale architecture.
Requirements
- architecting and designing advanced communication and connectivity solutions in Enterprise, Wholesale, Business Market and Wireless domains, using PEGA, React, JavaScript and related technologies and architecture
- telecom and Cloud based practices
Responsibilities
- Provide software architectural designs and solutions incorporating enterprise architecture principles
- design and implement secure solutions between disparate channels while maintaining a fully functional and seamless user experience
- design and develop a reference implementation for an enterprise scale architecture
- research the existing application footprint and recommend solutions to run application workloads with futuristic architecture
- work with senior architects to define high-level design artifacts
- leverage emerging technologies in the architectural solutions
- work with the development teams and provide hands-on support
Other
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a System Architect, Enterprise Solutions Architect, Software Engineer, or in a related/similar position.
- Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
- In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.
