Toyota's Information Technology Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs, analyze processes, and propose effective solutions that drive organizational success, ensure achievement of technical gates, and manage vendor contracts.
Requirements
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- 1-2 years of experience of related in software development
- 1-2 of experience in supporting manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management principles, especially Agile/Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.
- Support project management activities including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions for effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools.
