GE Vernova is looking for a Systems Modeler to assemble and integrate Gas Turbine Accessory System CAD models, ensuring accurate CAD environments for new hardware designs and customer deliverables. This role is crucial for concurrent engineering, site planning, and interface management in power plant assembly.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of CAD software and desire to advance CAD skill
Responsibilities
- Deliver NX CAD assembly of all Gas Turbine Accessory systems per project requirements and Bill of Material
- Participate in CAD reviews supporting interface management between systems
- Provide Quality Assurance using Navisworks to check for clashes between systems
- Learn customer deliverables and validate that NX CAD assembly includes necessary and accurate details
- Navigate Product Lifecycle Management system and interpret schematics, device summaries, engineering specifications, and Bill of Materials
- Continually learn and apply latest CAD and Product Lifecycle Management techniques
- Collaborates with others to solve issues. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or a STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Greenville, SC.
