Rehlko is looking to improve product reliability and reduce the Cost of Poor Quality by analyzing reliability and warranty data, identifying priority projects, and facilitating problem-solving processes.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Basic understanding of quality tools and methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FEMA, 8D)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles preferred.
- Experience using data acquisition equipment and statistical analysis tools preferred (e.g. Dewesoft, Minitab)
- Fabrication (e.g. welding, machining) experience is a plus.
- Engine (diesel and/or gaseous) experience is a plus.
- Generator experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing reliability data, warranty data, and customer feedback to develop a list of priority projects.
- Facilitating the problem-solving process by utilizing 8Ds or DMAIC projects to drive full closure and prevention.
- Responsible for reliability test planning, data collection, and data analysis to drive verification and validation.
- Closely tracking and monitoring the field performance of new product releases as part of an early warning tracking and reporting team.
- Continuous improvement of the Problem Resolution process in conjunction with New Product Development (NPD).
- Participate in and drive design reviews, including DFM/A, Serviceability, and Safety.
- Use data collection and instrumentation to understand failures and system interactions.

- 0-2 years of professional experience (will consider internship or co-op experience) in a manufacturing or quality-related role preferably heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or automotive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- At times presentations in front of executive staff may be required.
