HII's Mission Technologies division is looking to solve the problem of developing real-time software in support of hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) electronic warfare test systems.
Requirements
Experience in C/C++ programming
Experience with micro controllers and embedded systems
Experience with real-time software development
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python
Experience with Linux in an embedded environment
Experience with bare-metal systems
Experience with SoC devices
Responsibilities
Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.
Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software.
Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls;
Prepares operating instructions; designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
Ensures software standards are met.
Develop real-time software in support of hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) electronic warfare test systems.
Learn DSP, modeling and simulation, and advanced radar techniques, among other skills.

Minimum Secret clearance is required to start.
