Pantheon Data is looking to solve the problem of providing advanced technical leadership in designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure software solutions supporting Naval Control Systems (NCS) and cybersecurity modernization efforts.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
- Agile and/or DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies
- RMF, STIGs, or Navy cybersecurity requirements
- Experience supporting NCS, embedded systems, or shipboard control environments
- Agile Developer or Certified Scrum Developer certification
- Familiarity with DoD, Navy, and RMF requirements
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and secure coding practices
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software engineering activities including architecture, design, implementation, testing, and optimization of cybersecurity and control-system software.
- Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable code in alignment with DoD, Navy, and RMF requirements.
- Guide the integration of software modules with control systems, analytics engines, cybersecurity tools, and simulation platforms.
- Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and secure coding practices.
- Lead root cause analysis, debugging, performance improvements, and refactoring activities.
- Oversee software integration and validation activities across shipboard, testbed, and virtualization environments.
- Support functional, regression, security, and readiness testing aligned with program test plans.
Other
- Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems
- Five (5) years of professional experience in software engineering
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
