Identify and prevent fraud and abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads, and protect users and partners from abuse.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
- 5 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Experience working on novel AI risks and threat actors engaging in cyber misuse, societal harms, weaponization, etc.
- Experience working with the technical and policy issues of AI systems.
- Experience with using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve problems using data and statistical methods.
- Identify and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Improve tools and automated systems through data analysis and technical expertise, and present to stakeholders.
- Review or be exposed to sensitive or violative content as part of the core role.
- Perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis, including weekend coverage/holidays.
