- Productivity (Jira, ServiceNow, MSOffice Suite)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain new and existing systems as a member of an agile delivery team.
- Create engaging customer experiences while ensuring solutions meet performance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members through peer reviews to maintain team quality and standards.
- Harness the power of AI-based job aids and modern platforms to enhance innovation, efficiency, and data-driven solutions.
- Engage with users and vendors to execute technology proof of concepts that validate use cases and demonstrate the value of new solutions.
- Onboard new platforms and tools to ensure data and ML solutions are effectively adopted across the organization.
- Contribute to the engineering and operations of solutions that protect applications, computer networks, and systems.

- Summer internships are intended for undergraduate students graduating in December ’26 or May ‘27.
