Define and develop digital Automation and AI capabilities to enhance engineering productivity and support Defense Systems strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows and Unix/Linux programming, including Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with AWS, containerization, and SDLC solutions.
- Experience with engineering toolchains (e.g., Teamcenter, NX, Ansys, Altair, Cameo) and digital engineering processes.
- Strong background in product design, systems engineering, and/or engineering sciences.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools for automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve Automation and AI tools in a fast-paced, agile environment using cutting-edge technologies.
- Write high-quality code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using Python, Java, C++, or other relevant languages.
- Apply principles of SDLC, Lean/Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and testing techniques to establish a robust development pipeline.
- Partner with engineering and digital organizations to create multi-generation software technology plans.
- Balance delivery speed, quality, and sustainability of tools to support business outcomes at business pace
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product engineering or software development
