Sensata is looking to fill a Director of Engineering role to manage new product development and sustaining engineering for Pressure sensors, Gas sensors, and Pressure Switches, which are a significant and growing part of their Industrial business revenue.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Directs the development of our products for new and existing customers
- Translate customer requirements to the product test strategy and oversee design and product validation programs
- Oversees involvement in projects and problem solving outside of own direct area
- Identifies the next generation of growth opportunities and support the smooth integration of new product developments and plan the roll-out of new technology
- Directs the efficient and effective planning and organization of the activities to timely deliver product or design with highest quality

Other
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
