- Drive operational excellence by identifying performance gaps and implementing data-driven solutions across supply chain functions.
- Lead impactful projects that improve product quality, reduce waste, and enhance delivery speed.
- Collaborate across functions—from engineering to quality to logistics—to ensure seamless product flow from factory to customer.
- Analyze and optimize processes using digital tools and analytics to uncover root causes and unlock efficiencies.
- Champion continuous improvement by applying lean methodologies and agile thinking to real-world challenges.
- Build a strong foundation in leadership, technical skills, and business acumen through structured development and mentorship.

- Must be willing to work onsite full-time in East Durham, NY. No relocation assistance is provided for the first rotation.
