Responsibilities
- Participates on a team to research, present and deliver solutions that will have impacts to the business and/or customer experience.
- To lead multiple projects simultaneously, including the evaluation and implementation of manpower, systems, and corporate projects designed to reduce operating and expenses, increase revenue, and enhanced customer service.
- To lead development and implementation of operating plans, perform engineering work, conducting studies and preparing data for use and analysis by engineers and operations.
- Set strategy which leads to the transformation of business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Other
- Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months of graduation) at a college/university obtaining a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Preferred enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related quantitative discipline.
- Ability to work productively and proactively, both independently and as a part of a team.
- Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work 40 hours/week for a 10-week program, June 8th - August 14th.
