Chess.com is looking to leverage AI and data to enhance the chess experience for millions of users, requiring automation of business and IT operations, development of metrics pipelines, reporting dashboards, and intelligent automation systems, as well as contributions to internal MarTech and AI platforms.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Python and SQL (or similar programming languages)
- Familiarity with data analysis, machine learning, or automation frameworks
- Interest in AI/ML applications—bonus if you’ve worked on personal or academic AI projects
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity about applied AI, data pipelines, and model experimentation
Responsibilities
- Automate business and IT operations through data-driven workflows and AI tools
- Build metrics pipelines, reporting dashboards, and intelligent automation systems
- Contribute to ’s internal MarTech and AI platforms
- Prototype and experiment with internal AI-powered bots and assistants
