The Engineering Lead Analyst is responsible for leading engineering activities to ensure quality standards are met within existing and planned frameworks, coordinating with the Technology team for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Requirements
- Work directly with Engineering, cloud hosting, public cloud and other ecosystem partners to build and maintain a stable, performant and scalable Apigee OPDK and Hybrid platform.
- Troubleshoot issues though all phases of the platform lifecycle, including design deployment, partner onboarding, and customer support.
- Work with partners to understand and implement the business requirements while maintaining and evolving a standard build practice for consistency and predictability
- Interface with Observability tools to develop insights to the platform and proactively identify potential problems.
- Document, Publish and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and produce a working knowledge base.
- Work with capacity management tools to ensure that the platform infrastructure scales and meets the increasing business demands.
- Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide direction for all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group and in creating a technology domain roadmap
- Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals
- Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements
- Recommend product customization for system integration
- Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes

Other
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
- Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment
- Project Management experience
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills
