Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems, Electrical (FPGA), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
- Agile experience preferred
- Strong Technical Background
- Previous internship or project work in your discipline
- Demonstrated ability to manage your time effectively, face challenging tasks, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment
- Demonstrated Leadership Experience
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities
- Rotate across several cross-functional teams within Dedham, Massachusetts; Quincy Massachusetts or Taunton, Massachusetts and opportunity to support other sites that are responsible for Strategic Weapon Deterrence, Shipboard Electronic Integration, Submarine Combat Systems and more
- Complete a technical master's degree
- Undergo internal training
- Be involved in community engagement
- Establish a strong professional network

- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire
