Requirements
- Strong background in mechanical engineering, maintenance, and facilities management.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in handling nonwoven machinery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure production lines operate effectively to maximize productivity and product quality.
- Develop and execute preventive and routine maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
- Manage and maintain spare-parts inventory.
- Collaborate with outside vendors for equipment specification, purchasing, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance needs.
- Research and recommend mechanical improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Oversee in-house completion of minor mechanical repairs on trucks and trailers.
