Requirements
- Experience with code review and engineering architecture in a fast-moving engineering environments
- Solid understanding of relevant engineering tools and frameworks (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Altium, Git, AWS)
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices including new and emerging technology
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems in a collaborative manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typical business software packages
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers specializing in DevOps, Web, Device Integrations, Mechanical, Electrical, Hardware, or Software engineering
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with requirements
- Provide hands-on engineering leadership in applicable areas of expertise
- Support implementation of best practices for engineering design, testing, and documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and recommend new tools or methods to improve efficiency
Other
- 5–7 years of related work experience, including 2–3 years in a people-leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Capable of motivating team members, resolving conflicts, and fostering professional growth
