Requirements
- 24 months of experience as a Software Engineer or Sr. Software Engineer
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of software solutions
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify potential risks and obstacles early in the development process
- Proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Encourage team members to seek feedback, iterate on processes, and strive for excellence
Other
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to a team of 1-2 software engineers
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives
- Manage resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize team productivity and project outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Must have legal right to work in U.S.
