Requirements
- Strong background in operations management, preferably within defense or aerospace manufacturing.
- Proficiency with CATIA, SolidWorks, and project management tools.
- Experience in stamping, CNC machining, tool and die design, laser cutting, and welding.
- Knowledge of ITAR regulations is essential.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage engineering activities in a metal manufacturing environment.
- Experience in delivering projects to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
