Requirements
- Salesforce expertise is required; Martech experience is a plus.
- Advanced technical knowledge in at least one primary programming language, framework, or infrastructure domain.
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts and system design; ability to facilitate high-level technical decisions.
- Proficiency across the DevOps lifecycle, with hands-on experience in at least one area.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage several teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a player-coach, balancing leadership duties with direct technical contributions.
- Act as the primary technical contact for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Oversee infrastructure and software development activities in accordance with the PMO Project Delivery Process (SDLC).
- Ensure the safety, soundness, and compliance of developed products with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Other
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field and 6+ years of experience within the engineering disciplines or other directly related experience.
