The company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow teams responsible for core product lines, driving the delivery of features that shape the future of wellness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering management.
- Experience leading teams that own multiple product areas or lines.
- Strong technical background with familiarity in modern web technologies (Rails, React, Node, or similar).
- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products at scale.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical excellence through architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
- Ensure on-time delivery of features while balancing quality, scalability, and speed.
- Collaborate with other engineering managers to align technical direction across all product lines.
