Inkit is looking for an engineering leader to build and lead their engineering team, contribute to building a thriving business, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a product that serves Inkit's customers. The company is focused on safeguarding user privacy and freedom with their Secure Document Generation (SDG) software and is experiencing exciting growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing both people and technology
- 5+ years working in software engineering, preferably in a fast paced startup environment
- Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD toolchains (i.e. Terraform, Github Actions, AWS)
- Expertise in building API-driven architectures and microservices
- A proven track record and ability to communicate with cross functional peers, communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders, and communicating business objectives to the technical team
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership on problems and projects and lead them to completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
