Millennium Engineering is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop their engineering team, improve project efficiency, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality fiber optic cable network designs and related services.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in OSP Engineering, with expertise in ESRI, GIS design, FTTx and network architectures.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining quality assurance processes that meet both internal and client standards.
- Strong risk management skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project roadblocks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to tackle complex engineering challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Assign tasks and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and profitability
- Address roadblocks, adjust staffing, and maintain project profitability
- Update project plans, schedules, and monitor equipment usage
- Recommend improvements in tools, technologies, and processes
- Monitor and improve quality assurance processes
- Ensure data integrity, security, and manage backups and audits
- Train team members on Engineering Services and relevant tools
